The Distinct IntelliTerm package is licensed on a per user basis, that is
you need to purchase a license for each user.

Distinct IntelliTerm can also be licensed under a shared use license or floating license (that
is on a concurrent user basis).
Shared licenses are more cost effective if you have several people who will
only be making occasional use of IntelliTerm.
